up to the expansive homesites and take maximum advantage of the tremendous hillside views, while still
providing each home with a sense of privacy. To achieve this goal, we were inspired by the hacienda-style
floor plans of early California. We provided spacious great rooms for a casual and elegant lifestyle
and spirited entertaining, and we united those rooms with secluded courtyards or private retreat
patios that further reveal the panoramic views and provide extraordinary outdoor living
