Successful Communities
Santo Tomás on the Lake - With a total of 152 luxurious residences in two distinctive collections surrounding a man-made, nine-acre lake, this unique community in Rancho Mirage sold its final homes in early 2006.
Main Street - Low prices and great designs made our first new-home neighborhood exceptionally popular. Located in Perris, it sold out in 1998.


St. Augustine - Our first community in the desert was comprised of 145 luxury homes in Rancho Mirage that attracted a large number of alternative lifestyle buyers. The final homes were sold in 2004.
Pasadera at PGA West - Our first golf-course community, Pasadera made a prestigious desert country club setting uniquely attainable with prices starting in the $400,000s, resulting in the sellout of 92 homes by 2004.

Talon's Reach - This collection of 44 ultra-luxurious single-family estate homes in Blossom Valley sold out in 2004.
Buenavida - Our first master-planned community, Buenavida in San Marcos encompassed 240 single-family homes in three distinctive neighborhoods, Esperanza, Sonrisa and Alegria. The homes were distinguished by richly detailed Early California architecture, and the community sold out in 2003.
